    IOSE

Iose comes from a beautiful vineyard where slopes and compliance require a great human presence. We thought of this wine as an intense white to remember, we believe it is so. It is a structured white wine to be tasted around 12°C with acacia and elderberry hints on the nose and hazelnut on the palate, accompanied by a pleasant freshness. Iose, in our dialect, means Giuseppe, the name of the one who first realised the vineyard almost a century ago. In many years that particular vineyard has always been called Iose, even today, completely renovated, when we go up for some work we say to ourselves: "I’m going to Iose”
