ROSÈ

It’s an Italian method sparkling wine, intense and bright, it’s ideal for an aperitif with its fresh notes of wild strawberries, thyme, bergamot and almond. Its slight sugar residue makes it fall into the category of Brut sparkling wines. The sip is fresh and saline.
It has a long enough finish, which reminds of almond and strawberry.

  • IN THE VINEYARD
    Guyot-trained vines on medium-textured soils, located in the hilly area of ​​Mossano. The average production is 100 quintals \ ha with a yield of 70% in wine.
  • THE VINIFICATION
    The grapes are hand picked in the middle of September, when they aren't too much mature to preserve freshness in flavour and high acidity. The must stay in contact with its pomace for 12 hours with low temperature in order to extract a light colour and a lot of flavours, then the white fermentation can take place. The second fermentation to make bubbles, take place in a large pressure-resistant stainless steel vats where the wine rest for 3 months.
  • THE WINE
    It's perfect as an aperitif, with its light and bright pink colour. Its bouquet is mostly fruity with clear scents of strawberries, grapefruit and almond and a light aroma of thyme. When tasting, you can feel the overwhelming effervescence, and the medium body with a slight sugary aftertaste, which labels this wine as a Brut.
