It is a young grappa obtained from the distillation of our Tai Rosso fresh pomace. The pomace is the mix of skins and seds that we pressed after the wine fermentation. The distillation takes place in a copper still in a discontinuous cycle with direct steam, at low pressure. It is a straightforward grappa with an intense aroma in which hints of marc and typical vegetable aromas stand out. It has a long persistance. You can appreciate it alone, with coffee or with dark chocolate.
