    GRAPPA RISERVA

It's an aged grappa of the Vicenza tradition, obtained from the distillation of pomace from red berried grapes delivered very fresh to the distillery immediately after pressing. The distillation takes place in a copper still in a discontinuous cycle with direct steam, at low pressure. The grappa stays  for 24 months in small oak barrels. It has a straw yellow in color and typical hints of vanilla, wood toasting and sweet spices. The taste is rich and harmonious, with a long persistence.
