It's an aged grappa of the Vicenza tradition, obtained from the distillation of pomace from red berried grapes delivered very fresh to the distillery immediately after pressing. The distillation takes place in a copper still in a discontinuous cycle with direct steam, at low pressure.
The grappa stays for 24 months in small oak barrels. It has a straw yellow in color and typical hints of vanilla, wood toasting and sweet spices. The taste is rich and harmonious, with a long persistence.
